I think it's time to start posting here again. I've been away, and since coming back restarting my life has taken priority.
There's also been a fairly big departure in my work. I will be doing more video here. Stills, sure, but definitely more video. I've been harping about it since at least 2007 and it's time to put my money where my mouth is, so to speak.
I shot this video last month of me just walking around Washington, D.C., and on the Metro. I used my Panasonic GF2, a couple of lenses and a pistol grip. The camera, I think, sort of resembles an old home movie camera. It's not meant for real serious work, just goofing around.
